How often do the feeds update?

Each service provider updates its feeds individually. And feeds generated in our service are updated as soon as they were updated by the provider.

Can I use PHP code snippet on a webpage with .htm or .html extension?

This works for UNIX servers with CGI protocol enabled. Running PHP code on HTM/HTML pages requires a very simple edit of the HTACCESS or Apache configuration file.

PHP, HTML or JavaScript . Which format should I use to convert my feeds to?

It is up to you what code format to choose. It is not very correct to compare these formats. They are unique in their own way.

For example JavaScript is probably the simplest to use and works virtually in any page. It will not let search engines leave your page through the links within the feed, so it avoids Page Rank leakage.

When you convert your RSS feeds into HTML code you receive an iFrame as a result. This is the only way how you can convert RSS feeds into HTML. Well, iFrames are not very Search Engines friendly as well as JavaScript. So we recommend using PHP coding if there is no a special need in HTML coding.

Is it possible to keep feeds active after RSS Ground account cancellation?

We have an option of subscribing to a ‘passive’ account. At a price of $2.99 per month you can keep your code snippets active. You will still be able to enter your RSS Ground account, will have access to ‘My Saves’ section but you will not be able to generate new feeds and create new code snippets.

Is it possible to hide an affiliate sales blurb in ClickBank feeds?

All the affiliate promotion information comes in description of the item. The only way to hide it is using “Don’t show” option for description in Feeds to Code Converter.

Why don’t I see RSS feed in Preview window?

If you do not see your feed in Preview window of Feeds to Code Converter that means that your RSS feed is not valid or there is a problem with a feed provider.

How do I change my billing information?

We use the service of several payment processors so we can’t change billing information ourselves. You need to contact them regarding this matter. The best way to switch to new billing information is to subscribe once again. To cancel your current subscription, please contact our support team. You don’t have to create new account in this case. Your old account will keep working.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership any time you want. Just contact our support team with cancellation request. Please send your query a couple days prior to your next billing day so we could process your request in time.

Also note, as soon as you cancel your membership all your code snippets and some of the RSS feeds will stop working. To keep them active you may want to sign up for a passive account.
